1. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services ( MEP Services).
2. Building Management System. We have trained operators and supervisors for the continuous monitoring and operations of the BMS SYSTEM. We have a structured training schedule with the OEM vendor in this regard.
3. Air- conditioning Systems. HVAC as also other air conditioning systems.
4. Carpentry and general wood work.
5. Lift Operators service. In addition to provision of lift operators who are conversant with the basic lift technology, we also advise the clients on traffic control w.r.t vertical transportation.
6. Electrical Installation including back up supply. All work from LT panel onwards falls in our domain.
7. Plumbing Services, Pumps, Sanitary units etc. Plumbing is the main stay of all multi storied buildings. Our experience has shown that this is the most critical operation which requires 24/7 maintenance and care.
8. Fire Fighting – Both suppression and detection.
9. Transaction Service. We facilitate and provide the necessary services for handling over and taking over the procedure/ process for the site. A one to one understanding with the project management team of the client and our team is initiated to understand the system and site requirement.
10. We ensure that service contracts are complied with and check that the necessary work has been carried out correctly.

After completion of a site, we have the capability to take over the project for full operations, where we are the single point of contact to our clients from Cleaning, Security Validation, MEP Maintenance, Pest Control, Front Office Management and other such like associate services wherein we are in a position to assist the client to concentrate on their core business.
